5. Member Obligations

5.1 As a member, you agree to:

6.2 Loan applications, approvals, and disbursements will be governed by the terms specified in the loan agreement, including repayment schedules, interest rates, and penalties for late payments.

6.3 You authorize the Society to process transactions, deduct payments, and charge applicable fees related to your account or membership in accordance with this Agreement.

7.3 By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as outlined in the Society's privacy policy (which will be made available to you separately).

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or interruption of services.

8.2 The Society’s total liability for any claim, loss, or damage related to the use of its services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Society for the service(s) in question during the past twelve (12) months.

9. Dispute Resolution

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will remain in full force and effect.

14.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Society and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or communications between the parties.

By accepting membership or using the services of The Jan Vikash Kalyan Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
